Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered within one working day
in Ireland, and three working days in the UK.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered within two working days in
Ireland, and four working days in the UK.
For any other EU destination, we aim to deliver our order within 7
working days.
You will receive an email with the tracking number of the order
shipment, once the order is shipped.

Click on ‘My Account on the top banner.
Click on ‘Sign Up, fill in your details, Accept the Terms of Service, and
click on ‘Sign Up.
You will receive a confirmation email, with your 10% discount coupon.

Login into your account and update the Addresses information by
clicking on ‘Addresses’.

Login into your account, and click on ‘Orders’, you will be presented
with all your order details and statuses, additionally, you will receive a
detailed email every time your order status changes.

We ship orders in the EU, please note that shipping prices for orders
outside IE and the UK are charged separately.

We aim to ship your order in one package, however, that depends on
the order size, big orders might be shipped in multiple packages but
delivered at the same time.
