We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return, without having to give a reason. you then have 14 calendar days from the date you canceled the order to return the item(s) to Islamyfashion address. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to returning them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, excluding wrapping paper. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have not used the product and it is returned to us in the original packaging excluding the wrapping paper, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s).
- a) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. A full refund of the value of the item(s) will be issued upon proof of the items being returned & an inspection being carried out.
- b) Customised or personalized item(s) cannot be refunded or exchanged. You the customer are responsible for the due care of the products being returned.

Damages and Issues
We take good care, ensuring that the items shipped to you are in a good condition, However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 24 Hours, will arrange to have the goods returned and either offer a replacement or refund the price to you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, given that, it is in the same condition as you received it.
